Nokia India — Nokia Lumia 730 DS mobile+sim becomes dysfunctional after change in network density | |||
The Handset does not recognize the network. In home page the network indication shows(But freezes with last signal strength before the handset goes into the faulty mode) In settingsmobile/cellular+sim ... page gets frozen. Shows no sim details . In settingsnetwork + 'set' gets frozen. I am facing this issue since the phone is new.Firstly I thought that the Sim has got some problem but it was not. I have checked the sim card on other device it is working properly. The handset is faulty. In that condition, I didn't get any calls and messages. Restarting the phone solves the issue temporarily but soon again the problem relapses. The problem is very frequent and I have to restart the phone 6 to 7 times in a day.You can say every 2 to 3 hour I have to restart the phone. You will not come to know when the handset will go faulty.No calls No text nothing...its terrible. I find the phone in faulty condition Whenever I left the phone idle. No data connection, No call is possible. In the faulty condition if I make a call, the call does not connect and I cant even end the call also.It keeps on dialing. For that I have to restart the phone. I gave the Handset to Nokia Care for repair.Still the problem persist. I have used the sims and the memory card in other handsets and there is no problem. Moreover I have updated the phone software and all apps as required from the options available from the phone. The problem is recurring and incurable by the local Nokia Care and I demand a replacement from the company as the warranty period is not yet over. Was this information helpful? | |||
