Nokia India — Nokia service centre at alambagh, lucknow. | |||
My charging pin of nokia lumia 610 was to be repaired. The estimated time of delivery was scheduled the next day. When i went the next day they delayed for the next day. It happened for continuous 10 days for me. Daily commuting to alambagh taking 1hr from my home to reach there. The staff was very disrespectful and didn't answer to any query about the repairing and reason for delay. I am never going to repair my nokia mobile at any nokia service centre. They didn't even give me a bill. The service was for 1500/- rupees just to correct the charging point for it. They didn't even replace it, just settled it to work for some days. It again malfunctioned about a month later.
