Nokia India — nokia service centre demands money for update software for mobile nokia 3.1plus warranty phone. | |||
Sir I went to nokia service centre bhiwani city mall. For the sake o[censored]pdate its software this phone is in warranty.in this mobile hanging problem since last update in 5 march 2018. All 3.1plus mobile have this hanging problem. I asked the employee to update my mobile software. My phone screen is broken. They told me now you will be charge of rupees 200 because your mobile screen is broken But hanging broblem since i update this last. I Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to say that there was some issue in my phone and it was in the warranty period so i went to your authorised shop Sri Balaji Traders, Hajipur.There i was told that i will get it after 1 week but now when i went there i was told that i have to wait on more week.So please solve my problem.
