Nokia India — nokia service centre haldia(Risu Tell) destroy my my touch panel

Yesterday i was going to change my nokia 5530 phone incoming speaker.After submitting my phone thel told me to come 1 hour later.After 1 hour when i came to recived my phone, i see the inner part of my phone screen is not its earlier condition.I told them to right my phone to its earlier condition.At first they did not except that it is their fault, after some argument they said whey they open the phone to change my speaker it happens.But they did not either right my phone to its earlier condition nor changed my touch panel. So I request you to tell them to change my nokia 5530 phone touch panel or display screen.
