Nokia India — Nokia X ( handset ) not repaired in warranty period | |||
Myself Anupama Prakash has purchased Nokia X smart phone last year 2014 (13.3.14 ) from Patna (Bihar) from a retailer. Few weeks back I started facing issue in touch & software not supporting of the phone. Device was in the warranty period so I collectively take the device to the nearest Nokia care center (Dak-bunglow road, patna) Registered Job-sheet number[protected]/150203/007 IMEI num - [protected] Date of Submission of set to Nokia Care - 3.2.15 Today I received call from nokia care and received the set as they claim the set was water damaged . My complain comes in two folds : 1. Every care center have their own Device engineers why they have not checked during the submission of the set & informed in the care center? 2.Set was in working condition at the time of submission but now its condition is more pathetic and hardly works. I need my phone to be repaired and delivered as ASAP. Else I have to sue the company for the same in the consumer court . Was this information helpful? | |||
