[Resolved]  Nokia India — NOKIA XL is Faulty

Hi. I purchased a NOKIA XL cell phone from "The Mobile Store" Outlet in Malviyanagar, New Delhi in September'2014. Since the date I purchased this phone it keeps restarting on it's own with no reason. I even tried to get fixed by submitting my phone at Nokia customer care unit located in Lajpat nagar, New Delhi. They said that it just required system update and the issue would be resolved. So, I allowed them to update my Nokia XL. After coming back from the customer care center it kept restarting on it's own with no reason. So the issue was never resolved by the technical support team of Nokia customer care center. I had already tried to convey them that it's just not system update issue but a faulty piece but they did not listen to me and the only solution the could provide was merely a system update that never fixed the issue. My Nokia XL phone is giving me a hard time as it keeps restarting several time in a day without any reason. There were so many times when I was in between some important work or call it got restarted which is extremely frustrating. I am busy person and I don't have time to run around Nokia customer care centers with this faulty piece specially when the support team of Nokia customer care center are least bothered about your time. The only solution that seems feasible to me is replacing my cell phone ASAP. So, please convey my message to whom so ever it may concern and do the needful.
