Nokia India — Nokia XL Mobile And my worst expirnce with nokia

I am kuldeep from chandigarh, I brought nokia XL 5months ago and 3-4 times it got problem and visited your chandigarh care center now After 3rd visit they give me mobile but i am getting volume problem again, and yesterday i visited there and they are telling me its damage problem and you have to pay for it. I am not sure if it damage from my side, its from there side, So please reply me and i dont like to pay any payment for this fault Kuldeep Second.. I am not able to call at 30303838 as my IMEI no Saying invalid i dont know why. here is my IMEI no. [protected] . Now my mobile is not active, same error i got again. I vested care center again today .. but they told me my mobile is damage, because volume keys are damage and the same has done by their team. I need clear solution for my mobile as its 5th time i got same problem. its really embarrassing i purchased Nokia mobile.
