Nokia India — non service at guaranty period | |||
dear sir I have purchased a nokia XL mobile on 03/07/214with imei no [protected] and submitted to your authorised sevice centre "CELL WORLD, M K Building, Vadayattukotta, KOLLAM 691001" on 22/06/2015 due to display fickering and I asked any purchase receipt needed the executive told it is not needed and by checking on line he told the guaranty period is up to 06/07/2015 . At the time of purchasing the shop owner told there is a guarant period of 1 year which will be completed only on 02/07/2015. On 03/07/2015 the executive called by about 12 PM to submit the receipt before 3 PM, It is not possible to me to submit the receipt wihin 3 hrs as I am working and is not carying the receipt . on 04/07/2015 I submitted the receipt but the service centre telling that the guaranty period is over and not able to get the benefit.
