Nokia India — not get proper warranty facilities during my warranty period

i have bought nokia lumia 525 my mobile charger get damage due to short circuit in charger during charing my mobile . My mobile back cover is also become lose.when i move to the care center don't help me and they don't help me though i have warrenty of my mobile.
