Nokia India — Pathetic & Careless Service

Hi, this is Ankit.. Few months back I bought a new Lumia 720.. within 6 months o[censored]se its battery swelled up. i gave it to the Nokia service centre as my phone was under warranty. they said that your phone will be replaced. they took my phone& box & accesories & took 1 month time to deliver the replaced phone. now, it is 40 days and yet they are not giving answer to what is the status of my jobsheet. i mean this is pathetic. I'll never purchase nokia phones again. and the customer service representators at "Nokia service centre, Nal stop, Pune" are pathetic, irresponsible & not committed to any of their words. actions should be taken against these Service centres who take customers for granted.
