Nokia India — please refund the amount

I have odered nokia 6.1 pluse in nokia official website on 28/09/2018. The amount from my bank was deducteded and i didnt get any type order conformation message. I got the transaction id no which is[protected]
The mail i used to booking is sujeeshk.[protected]@gmail.com
The mobile number i used to book is [protected].. I have registered a complaint. But they are not responding properly. The complaint no is 569703
Please refund my monney...
