Nokia India — Poor product quality of Lumia 630

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 630 colour White on 24.08.24 vide Cash Memo No. 1842 from your dealer M/s. Sachdev Electronics, Main Road, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. After few days it is not working totally it’s only vibration but it is not booting. I immediately show it to your Service Centre M/s. Gurunanak Agencies[protected], Sakchi Jamshedpur on 16.04.2015 vide Job sheet No.[protected]/1504116/007. After inspection, They said it will be delivered on 18.04.2015 but today whenever I have gone to take delivery of the mobile they said it will take 20 days more time So, I will not accept the repair of the mobile you will replace it under warranty as early as possible.
