Nokia India — problem in nokia lumia 730

This is to inform you that I have purchased a nokia lumia 730 on25th october(imei no-[protected]), from the day of purchase I am facing a serious problem of hanging and through siliguri nokia care I sent my phone to Gurgaon head office bt after 27 days when I got my phone the problem was still there once again I sent my phone to gurgaon head office then they repaired it and I got my phone with a new imei no-[protected]. But after one month once again I am facing the same problem, also there is a problem in my main camera and once again from Raiganj nokia care I have sent it to Gurgaon once again. I appealed for complete replacement of my set several times to avoid harassment. So please replace my lumia 730 completely or I have to move through consumer forum. Looking for your quick reply.
