Nokia India — product completely dead with 02 months purchase

We had ordered nokia mobiles 6.1 plus on flipkart as dated 24 oct and received on 26 oct 2018. With in 02 months on 31th dec mobile having completely dead. We was submitted in nokia care on 31 dec. But still no any progress on that. I have already complaint in nokia care (Complaint no.817529), same writing complaint done by email that ticket no (817450) have.

I have so many times calling to customer care and also writing in mail, but nokia care team not responding. nokia service is very bad and irresponsible ...they are not understand customer satisfaction meaning. i am follow up with nokia care but no respond received yet
