[Resolved] Nokia India — product not shipped yet | |||||
Iv'e placed an nokia 6.1 plus order from Nokia shop website on 1st september with my credit card, i have received payment conformation and order number to my mail. And after placing the order from nokia shop website, they displayed a message that ill receive my shipment and delivery conformation to my mail and via sms on 6th september i.e today. I did not receive any conformation or message regarding shipment even though i contacted there customer support, nokia india twitter and facebook, but i did not receive any satisfactory reply regarding delivery of my product . As per there rule they should start shipment today and send information to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
