Nokia India — quality issue and replacement | |||
Nokia dont have customer empathy at all. I thought if i ordered it from offical store then i would gt a quality checked product from nokia directly but i got defective unit and they made me to travl 30 km to validate my concern evn after providing them a visul proof on same day delivery that too after 6 days when i called them for an update they told me to get this done from service center that too under 10 days return policies. After all this drama they approved my return request but now after revese pick up they dont hav clue where the product is... Everyday they are tellin me we are codinatin now they hav launced nokia 5.1+ they would provide me rpalcmnt next year it seems whn noki6.1+ got outdated. Nokia usig there brand heritage to boil egg on cutomer head. They think we all customer are fraud but they are actually doin fraudlent activities Was this information helpful? | |||
