I had preordered nokia 6.1 plus on the 22 of august from their site but once i finished payment through the gateway, the amount was deducted from my account and payment gateway confirmed the transaction was suceessful. After that for dispatch details i contacted to support, they said that no order had been placed and that my issue has been escalated and payment will be given by bank.
Bank confirmed that payment successfully executed i contacted to payu gateway also they confirmed that it is a merchant who delivers the services and gives refund/replacement as per their policy in case of any issue. Since the said transaction is successfully processed, hence any refund/resolution will be provided by the merchant nokia.com/phones.
Till date no proper response by nokia. No secure payment & worst service by nokia. Was this information helpful? |
