Nokia India — refuse to repair/change the mobile

I had purchased one nokia lumia 630 from mobile planet at salkia, howrah, after using 10days the mobile automatically shut down and i am unable to open that.after got this problem i brought to nokia customer care for repair but they told us it is liquid damage but as per my knowledge the phone did not touch any water and other lquid, and they told us need Rs.4000 for repair but when mobile is under warranty period and now they are telling that the mobile phone is unable to repair (i spend Rs11, 000 in the time of purchase but i unable to use for 10days) so, i kindly request to you look at the matter seriously and take necessary action.
