Nokia India — regarding cable issue

Hi, i have given my charge cable for replacement on 3rd march, still the service center people are telling that the product is not available, i have called them so many times, but same answer every time. No proper date about product replacement. The replacement date they given is 10th march. I have visited store also and called them 4-5 times but still no progress. They give everytime same answer that product parcel didn't came from company.
