Hi,
On 23rd of november i had placed an order on flipkart for nokia 6.1 plus. But now i am facing an issue with charging the device, it is not getting charged properly. For this issue i contacted with flipkart they told to call nokia only. Nokia people are saying it is the device charging port issue so it will take 15 to 20 day to make it work. As it is very necessary i can't wait for 15-20 days. And it's hardly one month or more and this issue i am facing. I didn't expect this form nokia. Now when i am facing issues nokia care even there they are not willing to help me. Simply they told now you leave when that charging part will come we will inform you. They didn't give me any receipt also. Can you please help me to resolve this.
