On 11.07.2014 I purchased above mentioned product it troubled me after few days then I visited company authorised care centre they opened the set and said moisture entered the set which was totally illogical and baseless becuse if mosture enters to the set then how moisture can aquire exactly rectangular shape inside the set, it was just an approach to make me fool.I think the quality of set was poor thats why so early problem arised .Touch was not working properly, heating during conversation and charging were the problems from very first day.On second day I approached the dealer, he answered that with Android Sets heating is common, which was wrong answer . As time period in which problem came is very short i.e less than one month I demand that my set should be repplaced with new set. Complaint Centre:- Shreenath Telecom Sai Complex, panipat.
