Nokia India — repair and break the screen while opening in flex service center

On 02/08/2018, given my Nokia 6 for service
Jobsheet Nom:[protected]/180808/003, to Bangalore, Malleswaram Nokia authorized service center,
Problem: Network connectivity issue, Fingerprint sensor not working, Earpiece audio poor, internet working 2G,
They have braked screen while opening and still not resolve the issue, if i ask we need 15 days time to resolve problem, nobody is there responsible in their office, pls suggest me whom i will ask about this issue, I raised complaint nokia care also on 7th 2pm still im not any call from Nokia.
