Nokia India — Replacement of Nokia 107 Dual Sim

Dear Sir I purchased a Noika 107 Dual Sim on 24.05.2014 from Delhi as per the Bill attached but on 16.01.2015 somehow the phone stared having problem. When i took phone to Service Center they asked me to show the problem to the shopkeeper from where i bought the phone as the phone could not be corrected and shall be replaced. When i went to the shop keeper he kept my phone in his custody for around 1 month and didn't replaced my cell. When i asked for the reason he said Nokia has refused to replace the cell. Request you to kindly consider the matter and help me in replacement of same. I will be really obliged.
