I purchased Nokia Lumia 520 in August 2013 with IMEI number [protected]. Within six months of purchase i had to show it to Nokia care center for some software issues and again within 3 months of that i had to show again to Nokia care center (Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi) for software issues. Now, when my warranty is over, the problem occurred again and this time when i showed it to Nokia care center, they behaved in the most ill-mannered and disrespectful manner. They told me to pay 3600 rupees (Three thousand six hundred) without telling me the issue with my phone. I bought the phone on the basis of the trust which i have on Nokia. But cheating and selling defective pieces of phones to customers no more show the loyalty and trust. I hereby, demand the matter to be treated seriously else i will be forced to send a legal notice.
