Nokia India — Service issue | |||
I brought brand new Nokia 3 on Sunday 25th of June (2017), now after 4 days its screen automatically became disrupted. i went to the retailer the same day on 29th of June there their staff suggested me to go to the service center and replace the set(7 days from purchase date policy), on approaching the service center staff told me to surrender the whole box with mobile to get new one within two days. There i informed the staff about my departure from the city after two days which is must. Then on the decided date i went to the service center to pick my phone up, there they told me that website is not working properly and they are unable to make a request paper to allow my retailer to give me a new mobile phone. then one from them personally suggested me to blame my retailer that how can he sell Nokia phones when service center hasn't been established yet and to ask my retailer for the responsibility to give me another phone but he was on one note that mobile is out of stock. Now i am running out of days i have to leave the city and i purchased a phone because i don't have another please help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
