Dear Sir,
I am using Nokia 7 Plus model. Recently I was receiving issues pertaining to charging, so I went to nearby service centre of Nokia on 29th May 2019. After checking, they kept the phone saying that some part needs to be replaced. After 3-4 days time, I have contacted the service centre but they told that part has yet not arrived. Then on 7th June 2019, I called up Customer Service of Nokia, they have taken account of issue and generated a complaint no. 1054869 and assured me that issue will be resolved within next 48 hours. Since 7th June, 3 days has passed but till date I have not received my phone back. Today is my target delivery date.
I am really upset with the service of Nokia. I am afraid, is with this kind of service, Nokia is going to make a comeback in Indian Market ??
Can you please check at your end, what is a reason for this delay, why I am not getting my phone back, even after so many days.
