I have purchased handset nokia 3-black-ds_ts-1032_2/16gb on dated 10.02.2018 from kesari mobile point, vidhyadhar nagar vide invoice no. 7409. The problem occurs in the handset for draining of battery. I have approached to the service centre at jaipur on dated 16.01.2019. They have prepared job sheet no.[protected]/190116/004. But after elapsing almost 15 days, no response have been given to me. When i contacted at the centre, always heard the same reply that your work is to be done with in 2-3 days. Please check the complaint and arrange to solve the problem immediately.
