Nokia 6.1 Plus Blue - TA - 1083
So Nokia and Flipkart,
Iam writing this to you people so that you both understand a customers frustration after paying for a faulty component you have sold me in so called “Flash Sale”
First of all I’ll give you the details:
So I have bought Nokia 6.1 plus through a flash sale on 13/9/2018. And I have recieved the device on 15th of September. And the device was ok when I have recieved it externally and it got turned on perfectly. And after 9 time the device got turned off automatically and never came back to life after that. Even the device doesn’t turn back on after charging for several hours. So I first contacted flipkart and they have told me that I have cald them after 10 days so they are not responsible for the issue after 10 days, practically they never cared after the product is sold!. So my next only option is to contact Nokia customer care, I contacted them and they told me something and I have tried it but no use so they asked me to bring the device to a nearby service Centre. So I brought the device to a Nokia authorized service Centre in Bangalore and they have not asked me anything they took my device and gave me a job sheet and told me that they will contact me before 7:30pm today. But in half an hour time I recieved a call from the service Centre and told me that the device has some liquid damage which is totally unacceptable. But I went back and they showed me something inside the device which they call it as a liquid damage and also told me that it will not cover under warranty! Great . So when I gave my device to them the representative recieved my device in a perfect condition and even the protective film around the device was removed by her, I think she can testify it. So Nokia and Flipkart tell me why the hell should I pay for something which I haven’t even aware of . Either Flipkart or Nokia have sold me a faulty device with a liquid damage on it and you people are framing the customers for the mistake. I have found several users with liquid damage as the issue so this is premeditated and you people are responsible for the issue not me. This is the first time I’m receiving a faulty component from Flipkart and Nokia this is unaaceptable that a reputed companies comeback to market is through cheap strategy and faulty devices . I regret buying device ma from HMDGLOBAL . And Iam not willing to pay for the faulty repairs so I demand a new device or my money back or you should pay for the services.
If you could prove that I have done the liquid damage to the device I’ll be happy to pay for it but the device is barely used and I have not exposed the device to any liquid. So tell me what should I do ? And what guarantee you both giant companies can provide me that you have not sold a component with liquid damage in it ?
