Nokia India — subject - very poor and pathetic response from nokia | |||
Dear sir This mail is regarding very poor and pathetic response from your team. Undersigned have purchased nokia 5.1 plus on 24th oct'18 and given phone for repair at your service center in chandigarh. I have visited more than 10 times at your center for the same problem and problem is still not resolved however during conference call with service center and nokia engineer mr. Lakhvinder one more thing came to notice that they have not opened the job card all the times and opened only 6 job cards. For proof you can see video recording. Last time i have deposited my phone on 1st oct'19 and still it is in the service center and there is no positive response from your side. Mr lakhvinder ([protected]) on 17th oct'19 promised me that he will take approval for new phone from his boss and will revert by 18th oct'19. On 18th oct'19 i again called him and asked for phone he replied that he and his boss didn't got the time for approval for new phone and he also didn't got the time to revert back. He gave next promise date of 21st oct'19, yesterday again same story happened and he gave today's time of 11 am. Today i think he and his boss are busy in the day so i called at around 7:30 pm for same thing and he again replied the same thing. When i asked for his boss number or regional service manager number he said "main yahan number bantne k liye nhi baitha hun" and asked me to call the customer care if you need any help. I want to ask one question from you, "are your employees paid for only giving false promises to customers"?? If delay happens there is no responsibility of them to update to customer. It can be expected from service center but same nokia employees are doing. They are not worried from ceo also as i communicated to him that i will escalate if there will be no positive response from your side and he said "jisko likhna h likha". Already 22 days of this month has passed and phone is in your service center.in past 1 year, around 2-3 months phone was in your service center. Tomorrow my phone's warranty will be expired. I need new by tomorrow 2 pm and will 1 year warranty extended as i will not allow more r&d to be done in my phone. Hope timely response will be given from your side and new phone will be given to me by the timelines given by me. I hope you will respect timelines given by a customer. I inform you that my has created problem after 4 month purchasing date.
And I regular visited to repair centre in every month in 3-4 chance.so I can not allow more R&D
So requested to you that allow for new mobile and 1 year extended warranty
