Nokia India — The display had manufacturing defect and Nokia care refuses to replace it, even though the phone is under warranty

I got Nokia Lumia 630 phone from my company as award. since I already had smart phone i dint use it for some time. After few months when i tried to use it i noticed unusual display but didnt notice as i was using black background. One day a friend noticed a crack and informed me that the display is deffective. I took the phone to Nokia priority center in marthahalli bangalore they refused to repair the phone as they would have to replace the display even though i was given a defective phone and the phone was in warrenty
