Nokia India — unsatisfactory service | |||||
I am using nokia6 and it suddenly stopped working.. I gave to service centre.. Till 20days there is no update from them.. I kept on calling, yet no information given.. I recieved after 22days... N found that speakers don't work properly.. I called the customer care.. They can't do anything, do i have to visit service centre every time?? Then close the customer care helplines.. What is wrong with the company?? Nokia.. It was one and only trusted brand for mobiles.. N now m not gonna recommend anybody for it, now even i m planning to sale it. I really wanted nokia to be better... How can i replace my device? Was this information helpful? | |||||
