Nokia India — useless nokia service centers and phones | |||
I had bought nokia 7 plus in august 2018 and within 3 months screen freezing started But with that problem i tried to using phone and again one more issue came ie charging port not working. Then i submitted my phone to nokia service center on 4 may 2019 and they had given me date of return 22 may 2019. And after wasting weeks time they came back to me saying your phones part is not available. And they can only give me different phone that is nokia 7.1 which is having less configuration and price of phone is almost 10k lesser than mine. So denied saying that either you repair my phone or you give me better one.. I suggested them to give me 8.1 bcz specification was somewhat same. Then i kept on chasing them almost 3 weeks. And always they replied saying you call after 48.. Calling after 72 hours again they replied same. And its almost month has passed still no solution and all of sudden in last week i got call from nokia service center saying we can offer you 8.1. And i agreed upon it and then almost after week no response from them and i again i called them they said still they have not received any update from company and they asked me to call company.. Then i called customer care they said call us in the evening.. Service centers of nokia and customer care are not having any coordination between them. I seriously dont know when they are resolving this issue.. I even know after this post theie auto responder will reply to this message. Still i have not told whole story..
