Nokia India — worst after sales service | |||
I am juli kumari. I have nokia 6.1plus. Suddenly after 3 months of purchase, its charger stoped working. I went to service center ss technocare. They opened my phone without my permission. And told some internal carging part is missing. But there was no damage in phone. And they are consedering it as a physical damage and charging 1000rs. My phone is in warrenty. My job sheet no. Is[protected]/190223/009. Even after saying it that charging socket part it missing they have not mentioned it on job sheet. They are not replying properly and customer care of nokia is also saying, service center will see. Why should i pay for a brand new phone without any damage?? Even i have heared so many cases of same that charging socket stops working after purchasing of 2-3 months. This is manufacturing defect. Kindly help the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
