Nokia India — worst customer service nokia

Nokia is not able to provide support to its customers. I purchased a nokia 3310 last year which is in warranty now and has malfunctioned. I have called nokia support several times and every time they provide me fake assurances that it will be picked up and will be replaced. I am very much disappointed with this because its been 12 days and nothing has been done despite calling nokia customer support several times. I hope someone will look into this and get it resolved.
