Nokia India — worst phone i ever saw

i bought a nokia XL branded mobile on oct 24th which has low resolution display where the videos play on cheap mobile even i went to nokia care they replied like this " go ask where u bought the mobile " because the executive who sold this mobile wouldn't told about features of the phone.i went to Bnew showroom(bandar road branch) they ask 2 days time but did'nt respond what i have to do plzz help me i bought this mobile with my two months salary of my husband
