Nokia India — worst service of nokia | |||
I have purchased nokia 7 plus from supreme mobiles, udumalpet, tirupur, tamilnadu on 3rd of august 2018. I have been facing a problem in charging port for about a month which is doesn't charge continuously and it stops charging even though the charger is connected. Also, fast charging is not working. I have been using the charger which came with the mobile itself. I have never expected this kind of worst product ever from nokia. I have visited an authorized service dealer in trichy tamilnadu and they have informed that they required to change the charging port to resolve the issue permanently (Contact number +[protected]. I was shocked to hear that the changing the charging port would take 25 days which i will never accept from any brand especially i won't accept from nokia. I was referring to my friends to buy nokia phones earlier. After hearing that such a worst reply from an authorized service center, i will never think of nokia again. Also, they have not provided me for any standby mobile. How a customer can buy a new mobile for just 25 days or how can they even say that 25 days required to replace the charging port. I need a replacement or refund of my mobile immediately. I will definitely file a legal complaint on nokia india for having such worst service support. I have Nokia 6.1plus handset from last 8 month and in this duration I am facing charging issue third time. Gaya Service centre has replaced charging port two times in past. Now after some months I am facing issue and Nokia service team response is very poor
