Nokia India — your representative not treating my phone under warranty | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I, anjali nadkarni, had purchased a handset nokia1 on 5/09/18. It went completely dead yesterday. Today when i took the handset to the service center in pimpri, your representative told me that it would not be treated under warranty as the cover has a crack. I don't understand has the exterior look of the handset got any connection with the interior problem? Not once did i ask for any treatment for the crack on the cover or a dent on the handset. The person told me that because of the crack on the handset, the case would not be submitted under warranty. I have never heard any such kind of protocol with any other mobile companies. Moreover, i had gone to the center somewhere around 5.00pm. By the time my case paper was ready it was 5.30 pm.. So the person did not entertain me saying that 6pm is the closing time.. So my problem would be dealt with only on friday. Also, i had requested him for any spare handset as i don;t have any other medium of communication. For which again he denied saying that, had it not been 5.30pm he would have given a spare handset. I want a fair practice. Merely having a crack on the handset do not justify it from not being under warranty. Its a sincere request to give justice to my case. Thanks.
