Nokia — Irresponsible behaviour and illegal money demand from Nokia care centre | |||
Dear sir/madam Complaining about Nokia customer care centre of shakarpur, vikas marg(SERVICE SOLUTION) and karol bagh(HOTLINE COMMUNICATION), both of Delhi. I took my mobile to these centre in last week(warranty period) only for Jack problem. And in reply of this shakarpur centre ask for 1800 rupees and karol bagh centre ask for 3000 rupees plus tax. And I don't know why there is such a big discrepancy in money demanding from these centres. Even I filed a complaint abt these centres on phone to Nokia head care centre to Mr Tarun and complaint number is [protected] but no action has been taken till date. Every time I call them they say that in next 24 hours we will inform you. But they don't take any action. And it has been around one week. But no action yet. Kindly take some strict action towards above mentioned centres and also towards jack problem of my mobile phone Nokia x2 Was this information helpful? | |||
