Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 18, 2024 Updated by Das Kailash My complaint still not attended. Mobile charging takes exceptionally long time and Mobile is hitting while charging. Please replace the Mobile immediately. Mobile screen remains blank on incoming call. Your Nokia Care centre is unable to fix the problems. Please refund money or exchange with new one. Apr 19, 2024 Updated by Das Kailash Mobile is heating during charging and calling. Still no one has contacted. Please refund money or exchange the mobile phone with new one. Matter will be referred to Consumer Court.
