Nokia Mobile — I'm being harassed for my for repairment which is under warranty period. | |||||
I bought my nokia 6.1 plus phone 11 months ago imei [protected]/30. It have some sort of charging problem and the charging port needs to be replaced. I showed up to the care centre at agartala 799001 and the told me they need 15-20 days for the repairment and they will keep the phone with them in those period.in this digital era it is nearly impossible for anyone to saty with out phone for so many days and it's not fesiable for everyone to have a spare phone. What about all the important calls? Even the shopkeeper knows the fact that it is practically impossible and offered me that if i replace it without availing warranty he can get it done in an hour or so.in this way my phone can nver be repaired under warranty. I contacted nokia online care centre but left without help. I'm a consumer, having problem with the product which is also under warranty and i'm being the victim of harashment. Is it justified?
