Nokia — Mobile phones board complaint after 1 year and a week of purchase | |||||
I have bought a nokia x2 mobile on[protected]. By the end of june 2016 the mobile started having charging issues. Actually the incidents started before completing 1 year of purchase but i thought it was the complaint of mobile charger bought another charger and still it was not charging only then came to knew the issue was of mobile phone. Took the mobile phone to nokia care, they said the board is having complaint and i have to change the entire circuit board which almost costs as much as a phones price and a month or more time. A mobile phone should be having more reliable circuit boards than the ones that just work for almost a year. Filed a complaint on nokia site and also wrote a mail to them about the mobile phone issue but except an acknowledgement on receiving complaint and mail there was no further contact from them. I have lost my Nokia mobile phone Asha 502 some where at Transport Nagar Allahabd.I While I was going for my office work.IMEI no is [protected].I have registered Online FIR for same.But still I am worrying about possible misuse of same.Kindly arrange to block the same so that it can not be misused.
