Nokia — My phone is completely dead | |||
Six month back i bought a new nokia lumia 720, now nokia care is not replacing my mobile and not even repairing. My phone is completely dead. I have shown it to nokia care panvel Mumbai. They have sent the phone to head office in Delhi promising me with a new replacement and now they are saying it cannot be replaced. What should i do now. All these have happen 3 months back. My phone was dead after using 3 months and now is lying with me as junk from last 3 month. What should i do now. Have even tried contacting customer care but in vain. Any suggestion. first they told me they will be replacing after that they told me some other excuse. Please help. Any other thing i could do now when i went to other care they are telling me that you went to other local fixer they can't help. Why will i go to any local shop when my phone is in warranty. Do i have any right to complain or take up the matter with higher authority??? Was this information helpful? | |||

Please help if i can go for some complain to court legally. I have taken the phone on 6 month emi n just now the emi schedule got completed.have taken the phone after so much of saving. Please help me i am ready to officially lodge a complaint at court or something. Thanks & Regards
