Nokia — Nokia 2.2 3/32, i don't understand what type of warranty the company gives | |
I had bought the above mentioned mobile from alfa at andheri on[protected] for which i was said the warranty on the phone will be provided by nokia. after a month o fusing the phone it started giving probems so i contact the dealer for which i was said contact the service center. then the phone was working fine but i think it was an hardware problem with the phone . off late in may 202o it completely stopped working & was as dead. due to lockdown could give it to service center . but in august 25 2020 i gave it to the service center for repair. the lady at the counter refused to take the phone under warranty & said this cannot be repaired under warranty as the touch screen has scratches on the corner so i said ok do it without warranty . sh3e said you will be charged rs 150 for giving an estimate, . i agreed to ti. i dont understand what type of warranty the company gives for .is the hardware or software of the mobile handset. after few day s of calling regularly to them they said its motherboard has a problem as well as the touch screen also needs to be changed but that would cost you more than the new phone itself. atleast something on the phone jhas to be done under warranty then why is the company giving the warranty in the first place. i rerquest you to look in this matter as my money is gone in the drain for buying a nokia handset . your motto was """"Connecting People"""" but that has changed by the people """"""Disconnecting From Nokia"""".
