I had purchased a Nokia 225 Dual Black 4G handset on 4th June 2022 from the retailer "New Tirupati Cellular" at Pune, contact no [protected]. After about 3 months, it was found that the battery was not getting charged. I called up Nokia helpline and also visited the authorized service centre. I was told to contact the retailer. After that, I have already submitted the handset & charger to the retailer 3 times in the past 1 month, but the battery issue had not been corrected. Kindly escalate this to the service department and get the complete handset replaced along with battery and charger.
