I brought my phone 2, months ago. From the beginning there is an issue that my phone screen goes off all of a sudden. After soomany attempts to restart it it show very shadow light in the screen and touch won't work. I consulted my nokia care centre near by and they said no problem phone got stuck. And they replaced my software. Still the same issue continues. I need a solution. Either need a replacement or a solution. I don't want my mobile to go off when i need it the most. I brought nokia because of trust to the brand. Plz dnt spoil it.

Am submitted my Nokia 7 plus earphone in 18th November 2018 in Nokia care Samastipur bihar. But till date I didn't rcv my earphone.aprox 1month gone. Care saying this product is out of stok.

I have recently purchased Nokia 7plus product, everything is good in product, but photos are not fit to wallpaper, if you any photo i.e in-built photos cam with the phone or new photos, it won't fit to wallpaper, kindly do needful to fix this.

I hav just tried to connect ear phones but it's socket isnotsuitable for it. My phone is very new just now I have open the seal n connect but it's not suitable for the whole could you please exchange ear phones.
