Nokia — nokia 6.1 plus ( service issue and manufacturing defect) | |||
I have purchased Nokia 6.1plus on october 24 the after using 3 months it has a problem in Charging port when I visit service center which is 25km far from my city on March 16th. They took my mobile and check it and returned to me ans said "it has a port issue we have to replace the board but right now we dont have the spare part you can call after two weeks once we receive will replace that I give you " Im calling them regularly and asking about the spare part. After that they said it will take another week.. After one week thy said two days. after two days they said another two weeks again after10 days took devise said again3 days to get serviced. And now they arer saying that We will not service your mobile do what ever you want. What I have to do now? Also my complaint number is 909242 Since last three months the issue is there not solved the case. Was this information helpful? | |||
