I have purchased and received a new Nokia7.1 device on 11/05/2020, since it was not turning on. I registered a replacement request on 13/05/2020 with proof of video as well. till now last conversation with customer care team [protected]@hmdglobal.com on 27/06/2020. they have only one reply"your concern is already highlighted toward our relevant department. So, we would request you to wait for some time we shall get back to you soon"
