I bought Nokia 7.1 phone 1 and half year ago and I regret why did I wasted 19k on that I started facing problem after 3 months, my phone charging was loose, after few days it becomes very difficult to charge phone. I visited service center and they repaired the phone and returned, again after 1 month I started facing same problem, i bought new charger again as per their suggestion and it also could not resolve my problem, when i called them it was lockdown and they refused for repair, not its warranty is over and now they said it will be repair on chargeable basis.
I want to complain on Nokia they are selling the product without quality test and most of the customers are facing charging issue and Company is not not taking the responsibility.
I will never buy any Nokia phone in future, also I will recommend everyone not to buy Nokia phones since they are cheating customer.
Please help me to refund or exchange this defective phone.
