Hi sir,

I bought my mobile phone on 16th OCTOBER 2021, but from november 5th 2021 when i make a call or recived calls are getting issues, so i reached chenthitta service center in trivandrum, but its not helpful for me, they're not even seeing my phone, the reason they saying here some software problem. But couple of weeks keep on calling the service center, they saying the same issue, so please take the necessary action
