Date of incident: 09.08.2020 Contact number: [protected] Full description: we have a nokia phone 6.1 plus under warranty. We raised a request for repair on which supposedly they arranged a pick up via ecom courier service for delivery of the phone and now it is one month i have no clue where the phone is. The best part is ecom and nokia customer care have the audacity to talk to us rudely and behave in a very unprofessional way. Things like stating "do whatever you want we don't care". I want my phone back and this is such a pathetic performance on nokia and their logistics partner. It is now one month and no one knows where the phone it. It has resulted in mental agony and depression but nothing else. I just want my phone back but please look into all the call logs to nokia and we want an action again the people who don't know how to deliver. Shame on you nokia to treat your customers like this.
